Register a New Practice

Set up your clinic in a couple of minutes. You'll become the primary Practice Manager and start on the free Basic plan, which has no monthly fee and bills only when a CVI is issued — then we'll walk you to your next step: adding a veterinarian so you can draft and sign CVIs.

Most practices are more than one. It helps us put the requirements you actually use in front of you first, and you can change it later.

  • ● At least 1 special character
Do not use a common, breached, or easily guessed password.
Passwords must match.
