License memory uses Administrator-reviewed document patterns and fingerprints to improve future license comparisons. AI confidence does not guarantee document authenticity or license validity and does not replace external state board or USDA verification. Only approved images and required records are retained according to application retention rules. Equine Walk-Around does not retain full video by default. Candidate still frames may be temporarily processed. Unapproved or rejected frames are deleted according to retention rules.
