How information is used.
State requirement source records may include source URLs, source dates, review status, last reviewed dates, Administrator notes, and review audit details used to support pet movement requirement profiles.
Pet movement requirement profiles are based on official source references and Administrator review. They do not replace a clinic or veterinarian's responsibility to confirm current destination-state requirements when needed.
AI usage may be tracked by clinic, veterinarian, user, feature, provider, model, status, date range, and estimated cost for billing, security, audit, and support.
AI Processing and Uploaded Content.
AI Assist may process dictated text, transcripts, images, lab reports, vaccine labels, animal photos, professional license documents, USDA accreditation documents, equine walk-around still frames, and other uploaded documents.
AI Assist processes data to generate proposals, confidence summaries, and Administrator review aids.
License memory uses Administrator-reviewed document patterns and fingerprints to improve future license comparisons.
AI confidence does not guarantee document authenticity or license validity and does not replace external state board or USDA verification.
Only approved images and required records are retained according to application retention rules.
Equine Walk-Around does not retain full video by default.
Candidate still frames may be temporarily processed. Unapproved or rejected frames are deleted according to retention rules.
PINs, payment data, Braintree tokens, API keys, signing credentials, and secrets are not sent to the AI provider.
AI provider configuration and retention should be documented.
Users should not upload information they are not authorized to process.
