Draft Anywhere, Even Offline

Create and save drafts in the truck or the barn with no signal. Sync when you are back online to review, sign, pay, and issue.

Scan Instead of Type

Pair a Bluetooth scanner to read pet microchips and large-animal RFID ear tags straight into the draft. Batch-scan a group with duplicates flagged before anything is added.

Copy and Reuse Records

Start from a prior CVI to refill owner, origin, destination, animal, purpose, certification, and remark details instead of retyping them.

State Delivery Handled

Questions clinics ask first

Do I have to buy CVI forms in advance?

No. There is no form inventory to stock, store, or throw away when a form changes. You pay the per-certificate price for your plan only when a CVI is actually issued.

Can I create a CVI without internet?

Yes. Drafts can be created and saved offline and synced when you are back online. Review, signing, payment, issuance, and state delivery happen online.

Who can sign and issue a CVI?

Signing happens from the CVI review page. It requires the selected veterinarian and license, validates that license state against the origin state, and verifies the veterinarian's PIN.

Can an issued CVI be changed?

No. Issued CVIs are immutable and backed by a permanent stored PDF. When a correction is needed, start a new CVI from a copy of the original so both records remain intact.

How does the state get the certificate?

State settings decide the route: an electronic eCVI where the state accepts one, or the print and mail queue where it does not. Delivery status and failures are tracked for both.

How long can clients reach their records?

Clients can view and download issued CVIs from the last five years through the client portal using secure, time-limited links.
